My schedule is set by our transcriber to assist you understand your medication schedule as prescribed by your doctor. Yes, you use your phone camera to click the photo of the document or select a file already stored in the phone memory and upload it through the APP. Myhealthindia™ will segregate the document and store it in folders just the way you would in files and folders easily accessible for future reference. These documents will appear shortly in your My Documents folder.
No, the APP works on phone and you do not need computer. You can download your records at home or whenever you have internet access. At the hospital you can open your records on your phone and share with doctors on their phone using Bluetooth which does not need internet access
Don’t worry, just download the APP on your new device, log in and you can access all your records, even those you deleted or archived.
We have tried to keep it very simple, your mail id is your user id, if you forget that, just call our support number and verify few details to obtain your mail id used for the APP. For password, you can click on the ‘forgot password’ link on the APP login page and follow the process of verification to generate new password.
